Back in 2019, owners Audrey and Daniel Reagan were looking to start a brewery, but there were a few things standing in the way. For one thing, Audrey’s gluten intolerance would have kept her from enjoying the fruits of their labors. For another, the couple quickly realized that the market was crowded with countless microbrew companies. They wanted to stand out, but in addition that, they wanted to offer something that went beyond the ordinary beverage selection.

It was then that Audrey and Daniel discovered the unique potential of apple cider. With a degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Colorado and experience working at several of Denver’s top restaurants, Daniel realized that cider provided the perfect palette for endless flavor combinations. And since cider is naturally gluten free, there was nothing to stop Audrey from enjoying the creations that followed, along with countless others who avoid gluten or high-calorie beverages.
